underneath a mountain of crackamel corn

I woke up this morning with 7 different blog ideas and then cracka-mela-palooza happened. By 10:00am I was waist deep in caramel corn, with a couple batches on the ready, house smelling like brown sugar and vanilla, counter covered in stickiness. It's 10:00pm now and I feel both relieved to have all the yumminess packed in bags, which are covering the entire kitchen table, and a bit like I kicked my own butt today. Tomorrow's docket is riddled with several more de-lish recipes for T-day, so I'm thinking I may not get to some of my ideas until Friday. That said, I want to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving as well as thank you for making my entry into the blog-o-sphere such an awesome experience!
